What type of team event should you have?
One with purpose, interesting, and engaging. Your pre-survey will help us to ensure that your experience in our rooms is tailored to meet the needs that you desire addressed in your teams. Our rooms are not physically demanding or embarrassing. They are meant to create a fun and engaging atmosphere that allows different generations, health levels, and personalities to participate equally.
Where should you host your event?
You have two options with us. We can bring a travel room to you or you can come to our facility. There are advantages to both. Bringing the travel game to you is less overall organization for you and we can come set up a single room or multiple rooms depending on your employee numbers. Traveling out of the office is also beneficial. Everyone spends time at the office, so we create a fun and different atmosphere that is conducive to building relationships. We can also provide a room for a catered meal and meeting space.
What will the event consist of?
We have several options available to you. So that the final package is customized to fit your team’s exact needs. This will start off with a leader survey filled out by you. A pre-and post-team survey will also be given to your team. You will have the option of doing one or two escape rooms. You can further customize your package by either choosing to use a conference room to do your own assessment or having our consultants run an after action review for you. Our consultants can also come to your site the day before and give you a team basics class (this can also be done on site that day) and can give you a final team assessment and follow up steps within the week. How do I book this event?
Because our packages are customizable, you may not book a Team Building package on the web. Instead, please call us at 215-736-1489. If no one can answer, please leave a message with your name, company, phone number, what day you would like, which package you are considering, and best time to reach you. You can also use our contact form below. One of our two consultants will call you back to help pick out your specific event package and set up a day and time.
What can you do to show appreciation for your team as they go through the event?
You can chose to monitor the action in our control room or participate. If you participate, positive reinforcements helps them to know you appreciate their contributions. Just be sure to be equal in your acknowledgments! If you choose to monitor, you may want to consider taking the opportunity to recognize other achievements as well. Keep it fun! For example, you could hand out mini-trophies, certificates, or even small prizes, like candy.
Wrap it all up….
Depending on what your request, we will be providing a post survey and debrief. You may want to do a quick survey yourself when you return to the office or the following day.
You will have a great bonding experience for the whole group that will address some of the specific objectives that are important to you. This will be a great way to stimulate a thriving workforce with a great company culture. Remember, this can be a great launching point for your team!
